We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or if we discontinue the Products.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Products will immediately cease. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of this Agreement shall survive termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Contracting Empire is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association in the applicable jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in Timișoara, Timiș, Romania, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Contracting Empire with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings
